At the Conference of Chief Justices in June, Laurence Tribe - Senior Counselor for Access to Justice, U.S. Department of Justice, and Harvard Law Professor -called on the states which don’t have unbundling rules yet to enact them. While there is a factual error in the written version of the speech which implies that limited scope is only for pro bono, which was corrected in the oral delivery.
