CIRCULATION
Most circulating materials (including CLE audio tapes) check out for three weeks, with one renewal. Generally these materials can be renewed for an additional three weeks unless someone else has put a hold on them.
Two week, non-renewable circulating materials include CLE videos and Montana Supreme Court briefs. Most of the briefs are available on our website for viewing and downloading.
Audio and Videotapes are not renewable during the busy period of CLE reporting. This is generally January through April. These tapes will not be sent out of state.
